COMING SOON!!! The official 2010 Opelousas Spice and Music Festival Poster Artist: Adrian Fulton Artist Adrian Fulton was born in Philadelphia, PA. He served in the U.S. Air Force and came to Louisiana through the National Guard in 1993, married and has been here ever since. He graduated from The Philadelphia School of Advertising. He studied and produced murals while working as an illustrator for newspapers in Sicily, Italy and donated draft designs of an orphanage to Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity. He also gave a painting of Mother Teresa to the Missionaries of Charity while there. He has donated additional murals and artwork to local hurches in Louisiana and different charities all over United States. Adrian produces five minute caricatures and 10 minute portraits at festivals, parties and events and his artwork can be seen in several local and out of state galleries and establishments. He was recently featured on the front page of the Louisiana State Bar Association Journal and was selected as one of the Louisiana Artist of the Year in 2008, which prompted a visit to the White House. Adrian is also the creator of Craw-Ville cartoons and for inspiration, he draws from his many life experiences and all of the people he has met. He is best known for his bold use of color and his carefree depiction of movement in all of his paintings. Adrian Fulton - truly a Louisiana treasure.
