Ruth Fruge' is from Kinder, Louisiana.  A graduate of Bethal Christian School, Ruth plans on attending Louisiana Honors College where she will major in sociology and continue on to law school.  The daughter of John and Ann fruge, Ruth's hobbies include hands on projects, playing sudoku and spending time with friends.

Kimberleigh Nicole Stelly is the 8 year old daughter of Veronica Bellard.  She is currently in the 1st grade at New Hope Christian Academy in Opelousas.  Kimberleigh has a big sister, Kaitlyn Paige Stelly, and has a Mini Pomeranian pet named Angel.  In her spare time, she enjoys going to pageants with her Mom and Granny, reading, and playing with her Barbies.  Kimberleigh is starting a Project called Movies for the Military in which movies are donated from different Communities and sent overseas to our fighting soldiers.  Kimberleigh will be traveling the State of Louisiana promoting her title as the Opelousas Spice and Music Festival Ambassador Queen to bring more people to where there is “No Place Hotter”, Opelousas.
